Comerciantes dcomunidad is a micro loan program in alliance with community-based organizations for the development, strengthening and evolution of local small businesses. The program provides loans from $1,000 to $25,000 and through the community-based organizations, applicants receive support and mentorship throughout the process and after the loan is granted.

Doral and the Ricky Martin Foundation join forces to give continuity to the revealing findings of a study "Human Trafficking in Puerto Rico: A Challenge to Invisibility" to create awareness and take action about human trafficking in Puerto Rico.

dhogares objective is to help families secure their most prized possession, their home. This expansive social initiative includes both the loss-mitigation and the home donation programs, assisting and enabling families to have a home, or keep the one they already have. The unprecedented home donation program gives homes to families who would otherwise not be able to own one.

domingos dmuseo, has provided over 20,000 visitors with free access to all exhibitions at the Museum of Art of Puerto Rico, including creative workshops, musical performances and outdoor plays. In an alliance with MAPR, this series of unique and distinctively themed educational programs feature 33 different activities for each event, targeted to educate, entertain, and share as a community.

dparques initiative aims to strengthen communities by reforesting parks located in low-income residential areas of Puerto Rico. In association with the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources and Telemundo, each day of reforestation is a community event in itself, one of togetherness and education. Doral representatives volunteer along DRNA experts, helping teach the public how to plant trees and what it takes to conserve and maintain a park while offering financial education seminars to also guide them to a better financial future.

Through this program, Doral provides financial education to children and adults alike. As part of our commitment to the community, Conocimiento Efectivo focuses on providing seminars on the importance of savings, reinforcing Doral's institutional efforts to promote a savings culture.
