Doral opens its doors through a program that allows young students to acquire their first professional experience. This internship allows them to choose the specific area in which they are interested: administration, marketing and sales, accounting and finance, human resources or auditing.

Internado Doral also offers training to the students in Doral Bank's Centro de Liderazgo, as well as a mentor who will guide and support them throughout their internship.

The next internship begins on August, 2012. Students who are on their last year and are attending the following universities, may apply directly through their institution:
