Important Information about Procedures for Opening a New Account

We will verify the identity information we collect from you by requesting certified copies of documents that establish your existence, such as certified copies of articles of incorporation and bylaws for corporations, articles of organization and operating agreement for limited liability companies; and certificate of partnership and partnership agreement for general or limited partnerships, or other documents, and through non-documentary verification methods, such as visiting your place of business or checking references with other financial institutions.
